Will mutual cancellation affect my avg.delivery days ?

Suppose If one of my service has avg. delivery days as 2 hours. One of my client places an order which I am not comfortable with and I ask for mutual cancelation . After 5 days the order gets canceled automatically . Will my avg. delivery days increase ?
